We’ve even created these blog posts showing example code and the formula required to change the millivolt reading to a usable temperature.
Please note this version of the board has a silk screen error on the rear and states the formula for a 5V device is mV = (input) * (3300/1024) this should read mV = (input) * (5000/1024) and as such are being sold off cheap.
